The aim of the group is to share Islamic arts, heritage and culture with the wider community through education.
We believe that the study of art and material culture transcends the ethnic, linguistic and religious division that plagues the modern world.
We are winners of the Partnerships Award from Voluntary Arts England, which recognises excellent work. Our Islamic Art Banner project enabled local art students from MK College to explore Islamic culture through contemporary and traditional art.
"The winning groups demonstrated the vibrancy of the sector and its ability to enrich local communities by engaging people in high quality artistic activity.”
Alan Davey, Chief Executive of Arts Council England.
