International Celebration at Art in the Park 2026
Art in the Park festival returns with its annual international celebration of music, art and food– a free, family-friendly day of culture, creativity and belonging.
On Saturday 6 June from 1pm to 9pm, Campbell Park will come alive, with music and dance performances, vibrant workshops, global cuisine, and opportunities to connect through shared creative experiences. All are welcome to take part in this joyful celebration of diversity and community.
At the heart of the event is the Parade of Colours, a dynamic street procession led by Kinetika Bloco, featuring stunning banners created by local artists and school children. Everyone is invited to walk in the parade and share their cultural identity with pride.

Delta Dancers: Traditional music and high-energy folk dancing
Caribbean Cultural Steel Band: A carnival of steel pan music
Aashiq Al Rasul: One of the country's most acclaimed nasheed groups
Yemeni Cultural Music Group: Traditional Yemeni sounds and rhythms

Art workshops: including traditional calligraphy art, clay creations, poetry and spoken word, and geometric pattern creation
Funfair: Colourful rides and games for the whole family
Food Village: Enjoy delicious dishes from cultures around the world. New vendors are welcome to apply!
Parade of Colours: A lively, inclusive procession celebrating identity, unity and sustainability. Everyone is welcome to join in from 2.15pm at the Yurt
Conversation Yurt: Join us for panel discussions and spoken word performances in our cosy yurt;
2.15pm - Parade of Colours starting point. Take part in the parade that circles the festival site and ends with a performance from festival favourites Kinetika Bloco at the main stage
3.35pm - Silk Road dance symposium. Nadia Khan launches her new book Dance Histories: A Journey Along the Muslim Silk Road, with a panel of artists and academics exploring the influence of Islamic cultures on the world of dance through history
6pm - Poetry and spoken word sharing. Poetry Slam champion and Glastonbury Poet in Residence John Berkavitch performs some of his own poetry and presents work created throughout the day by our very own festival audience

Free entry for all: No tickets required for the main festival site but wristbands are required to access funfair rides

Getting to Campbell Park
We encourage visitors to travel on foot, by bike, or by public transport wherever possible.
Walking & Cycling
Campbell Park is directly connected to Central Milton Keynes by traffic-free Redways, suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs and family groups. Walking from the city centre takes around 10–15 minutes.
Train
The nearest station is Milton Keynes Central (direct services from London and Birmingham).
